Books that I’ll be reading in 2010

Books that I’ll be picking up and reading in 2010. These are in no particular order. I’m sure that there will be some more that I add, but these are at least on my radar and are ones that I am interested in checking out.

  • Me, Myself & Bob – Phil Visher
  • Vintage Church – Mark Driscoll
  • Primal – Mark Batterson
  • Just Do Something – Kevin DeYoung
  • Churched – Matthew Paul Turner
  • Made to Stick –  Heath Brothers
  • Forgotten God – Francis Chan
  • Knowing God – JI Packer
  • The Tangible Kingdom – Hugh Halter and Matt Smay
  • Think Orange: Imagine the Impact When Church and Family Collide – Reggie Joiner
  • Leading on Empty – Wayne Cordeiro
  • Stuff Christians Like – Jonathan Acuff
  • Lost and Found: The Younger Unchurched and the Churches that Reach Them – Ed Stetzer
  • Orthodoxy – G.K. Chesterton

By the way, I do not own any of these. These would make great Christmas Presents 🙂

What am I missing?

  1. Missing: Orthodoxy by G.K. Chesterton, anything by C.S. Lewis or F.W. Boreham.

–you need some classical books in your reading….nothing is new, it's all happened before…we just like to think we are up against something no one before has been up against. It's our prideful nature.
