The Day I went to Church on a Plane

NorthPointOnline From Airtran Flight

Last Sunday I was able to attend church in an Airplane. Specifically Airtran Flight 55 from Atlanta to Los Angeles, Thanks to North Point Online.

In an odd way, I was actually looking forward to my Sunday morning flight. Even though it meant leaving my family early on a Sunday morning, and missing my own church’s morning service and activities. I was able to worship with Todd Fields and Cori Moon, and listen to the last message in the series “White Flag” from Andy Stanley titled “Holier than Thou.” The four part series through the book of Jonah was really good. The last sermon was a big reminder to me that totally surrendering to God  means recognizing His purposes in the world are outside of us.
