A Whole Lot of Churches

I had breakfast the other morning with a friend. We were discussing that there are no perfect churches. As soon as people get involved, we forget who the real head of the church is and the roles that we play in it.

We quarrel over numerous issues. Wouldn’t it be amazing to see churches working together in God’s mission instead of being separate members of the body?

Daniel Mosley, Internet Campus Pastor for The Church at Chapel Hill near Atlanta wrote a thought provoking post on this exact conversation that my friend and I had over breakfast titled The Church on Every Corner. I’m not sure what came first, the video or the post, but it is worth the watch.

I wish we could impact the communities we serve better.

  1. I love this. I’ve asked the question of denomination many times, of why the heck we feel we have to divide the body of Christ instead of just working at loving as, you know, a body.

Thanks for sharing, Andy. [And thanks for putting this together, Daniel.]
