Reboot Just Upgraded to WordPress 3.5!

Since I am not as cool as @benrwoodard, I will be updating each of the WordPress sites that I help manage for various people one at a time. Maybe one day I will graduate to the real world and get my sites up and running on ManageWP. Maybe then, they’ll send me a shirt too. By the way, I actually have a paid account with them… just need to find time to set up those sites 🙂

All that being said, I love how easy it is to download and update core WordPress files. Sure, there are hiccups from time to time, but those are minor and few and far between.

This version update has a new media upload tool at the core. It is sweet. WordPress in my mind has been VERY user friendly in the past, and the community of developers continue to make it better. When I have to do anything in another content management system or other web platform, I cringe because of the lack of concern to the user. WordPress puts the user experience very high in their MUST DO list.

That being said, if you have a personal blog, or a church website, or a small business website that doesn’t use WordPress, you are missing out. Wow, I didn’t expect this post to go this direction… but if you need help getting set up or want to try it out, let me know. I can give you some assistance.
