Bible in 90 Days | Psalms 46 – 69: Day 42

Douglas Adams, the author of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, said that 42 was the answer to life, the universe and everything. Now while this was a joke and he has said that he randomly picked the number…Today’s reading is day 42 out of 90. Let’s see if we can find any direction for our life from today’s Bible reading. (guess I missed this yesterday when I read Psalm 42)

I’m reading the Bible through in 90 days. Join me. Click here for more information on the ESV Bible in 90 day plan that I am doing.

God can break down and then restore.

Psalms 61

Lead me to the rock.

Psalms 62

For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence. For my hope is from him. He is my rock and my salvation. My fortress. I will not be shaken, On God rests my salvation and my glory. My mighty rock. My refuge is GOd.

Psalms 63

God you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you. My soul CLINGS to you.

Psalms 64

Hide me from the wicked. Provide refuge from their evil purpose.

Psalms 66

How awesome are the deeds of God.

Psalms 67

Psalms 69

Save me, O God! for the waters have come up to my neck. Deliver me from sinking in the mire. The Lord hears the needy. Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and everything that moves in them.
