Odd Choice of Pictures for Facebook Advertising

Been a while since I wrote a post about some of the oddities that I see within Facebook Advertising. I did a few posts a while back that you can check out and, while I have had plenty of other posts that I wanted to do, I wanted to run some of my own ads first before getting back on my soapbox.

But when I saw these ads today, I knew that I could not restrain myself from posting about it. All three of these pictures are for the same ad. The URL is for councelingdegreeprogramsonline.com First of all, I always question the authenticity and quality of getting any degree online. It would seem to me that becoming a counselor is something that would really require you to have some face to face / one on one / real person interaction.

Maybe your online courses teach you how to do tattoos and this will allow you to track your patients better. Technology is getting so good, maybe you can scan your patient’s head and see what he/she is thinking.

I really can’t tell what the tattoos say. It looks like the one on the left says “faith.” Nothing wrong with having a little Faith… but what does the other tattoo say? Dove, Devil, Dorris, Doeth???

So. Become a Counselor. Get a tattoo. Profit.
